ACORN to help shape Obama’s agenda if he wins election

Obama is trying to distance himself from ACORN now, but not long ago he made a pledge to them and other community organizers.

ACORN is being investigated in at least 10 states for voter registration fraud and for using federal money meant for ACH the housing organization to fund it’s political arm the voter registration side.  So, if the whistle blowers are correct, and if Obama wins the nomination, people like me who have no intention of voting for him have provided through our taxes the means for him to win.

On top of that he’s given them more than $800,000 to get out the vote.

I’m sure none of you have any illusions that ACORN is really partisan as they state on their website–they’ve endorsed Obama,  and he and Bill Ayers gave them grants from both the Woods Fund and the Chicago Annenberg Challenge foundations.

ACORN founder Wade Rathke also founded the SEIU, who are also backing Obama.  Soros is connected to Project Vote and their are a sister group to ACORN.  There are probably more dots to connect.

If the DOJ doesn’t do something about this travesty – and the people who don’t want Obama for President have been disenfranchised.  We’ve arbitrarily helped Obama through federal funds if these charges are proved, and I think they will be.

This is treacherous and underhanded activity!!!

We need to band together and demand some recourse for these activities.  After January 20, it may be too late.  If he keeps his pledge to allow them to shape his agenda, we’re all in for a bad four years.

It’s hard to believe that people think he can bring people together after this kind of election shenanigans. –But then of course, that unity pledge was only to get votes.

Global Poverty bill – $50 billion to the UN over the next 5 years.   The UN -they’re the ones who openly hate Israel. You’ll find concrete examples from UNWatch.org    The bill is in the senate now and will have no problem passing with a dem majority.

Jubilee Act – how much will this cost you??

The Jubilee Act will expand eligibility for 100 percent debt cancellation without harmful economic conditions to 67 impoverished countries in the Global South.  The House version (H.R.2634) was introduced into the House by Rep. Waters (D-CA) and Rep. Bachus (R-AL).  The Senate version, (S.2166) was introduced by Sen. Casey (D-PA), Sen. Lugar (R-IN) and Sen. Dodd (D-CT).

al-Qaeda prays for US collapse

Here in the US we tend to see the world as ‘out there’ and in the election, we’re the center of our universe.  In this 2008 election we’ve been encouraged by a “what’s in it for me” mentality and that’s how many people will vote.  Personally, I abhor the thought of my children and grandchildren having to live under socialism and a suppressed voice of dissent.

Socialism and suppressed opposition are things that are coming and team Obama hasn’t been very subtle about them….so you get what you vote.

Barry Soetoro for president?

I’ve been pondering the correct name to use for the presidential candidate for some time.  Even if I wanted to vote for him, I don’t know what his legal name is… On his Indonesian school records, his name is Barry Soetoro but in Illinois his legal name appears to be Barack Obama.

Although Hawaii confirmed his birth certificate – did his name change to Soetoro? –Did Lolo Soetoro adopt Obama?  I’ve never seen a clear answer on that either.

Someone will have to help me out with the name, other wise, I’ll have to vote for a known candidate, John McCain.

In the last 24 hours, API has been consulting legal advisers on the way forward in order to avoid being sued by the Obama camp.

If Obama wins…

The biggest loss of personal freedom in the history of the United States is about to take place — under Obama.

On the Today Show he identified some of the “sacrifices” he will expect America to make. He will regulate the power in your home, how green your building is, what car you drive, he will micromanage work rules, he will impose new burdens on employers (not the least of which is a massive tax increase to 69% on self employed persons making over $250k). Obama will also be obliged to pass every dream list from Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, including the “fairness doctrine” which will attempt to ban conservative speech on the public airwaves. He will lurch America from a fundamentally capitalist system to a socialist system which vastly expands America’s limited socialist programs and massively redistributes income via the IRS through tax rebates to people who do not pay taxes.

You were once a proud nation of warriors trying to survive in a country that crowded you out of ancestral lands.   My own ancestors -direct descendants-all walked the Trail of Tears from New Echota to Indian Territory.  Some of you settled on Resevations while others, like me, had no reservation so we lived and survived in mainstream US society.

You’ve endorsed Barack Obama or Barry Soetoro – I’m not clear which is his legal name since his Indonesian school records list him as Barry Soetoro.

I am amazed that you endorse and place your faith in a man whose campaign in fraught with illegal donor fraud, links to voter registration fraud, allegations of intimidation in the caucuses?   The shame of it is, you apparently have not made this information available to the people you represent.  I read your glowing reports of this candidate and there is not one sign that he has a tainted campaign.  Not one.

The mainstream news media have become publicists and advertisers for Obama’s campaign, but I expected more from you.  I expected more truth telling – yet you parrot the mainstream news. You have become his publicists too.

Barack Obama is a mystery for most of us.  Few of his records from college and from his days in the IL legislature are available for anyone to review.  All most people know about Obama is what he’s written in his memoirs and what he’s said on the campaign trail.

I’ve been reading and blogging about Obama for ten months and I wouldn’t want you to vote without knowing more about him.

Obama came to Chicago in the mid 1980s and took a job as a community organizer in a far south side community.  He held that job for three years before heading off to Harvard University to pursue a law degree.  Nothing remarkable happened in the three years he was an organizer except that he learned the Saul Alinksy method of organizing and built a political base of friends and net works.

Obama established a base of political allies with philanthropic groups many of which Bill Ayers and his father Tom Ayers was board members.  When Obama entered state politics he fell in line with the Chicago machine endorsing Todd Stroger (friends and family hiring plan) and Chicago’s Mayor Daley.   Obama never stood up to the establishment in Chicago and he hasn’t stood up to anyone in Congress so far.  What are the odds he will ever stand up to anyone?

He has tried to suppress other voices in the media.  His supporters spammed a Chicago radio station twice because they didn’t want the public to hear what the speakers had to say.  Team Obama wrote a letter to the DOJ to try to stop the ads by American Issues Project.  They engaged lawyers and police enforcement officers in Missouri to stop free speech.  They tried to stop the NRA from running ads.  Recently they banned a TV station because the news anchor asked Biden “tough” questions.

Obama has the money to buy this election, and if he didn’t, George Soros could provide it.

These men were among his friends and political allies:

Pastor Jeremiah Wright who said, “not God bless America, no no no, God damn America!”  Obama attended his church for 20 years.  The terrorist group, Hamas wrote a message in the church bulletin.  After Wright made remarks against Obama at the National Press Club in April, Obama renounced him and left the church.  Wright told the NYT in April of 2007, “If Obama wins the primaries, he’ll have to distance himself from me.”  They are probably still close friends but we won’t know for certain until after the election.
Bill Ayers, communist and former Underground Weatherman bomber who said, “Guilty as sin and free as a bird. This is a great country.”

Bill Ayers and Barack Obama served on two foundations together, the Chicago Annenberg Challenge and the Woods Fund.  They have mutual friends and they live in the same neighborhood.  Obama endorsed Ayers’ book, “A Kind and Just Parent” in 1998 giving him a glowing endorsement showing that he and Ayers share ideology about criminal justice.

Rashid Khalidi is a friend of both Obama and Ayers.  Khalidi once worked with PLO terrorist, Yasser Arafat and is anti-Israel and pro-Palestinian.  As members of the Woods Fund Obama and Ayers gave $75,000 in grants to Rashid Khalidi’s organization, AAAN.  -AAAN wants equal rights for illegal immigrants such as driver licenses, voting rights and equal pay.  When Khalidi left Chicago, Ayers and Obama both attended the farewell dinner and Obama spoke warmly of their friendship.

Tony Rezko, was known as the “fixer” in Chicago before he was sent to jail.  He gave a fundraiser party for Obama and contributed $250,000 to Obama’s campaign.  Some of the money Rezko contributed to Obama is believed to have come from Nadhmi Auchi, a Sadaam Hussein associate before the war in Iraq.  Rezko later participated in a real estate deal with Barack Obama that allowed Obama to buy his 1.6 million dollar home.  Obama and Ayers gave grants to a senior citizen project that Rezko and Obama’s former boss worked on.  The project was not completed.

Alexi Giannoulias: Treasurer of the state of Illinois.  If you watched the DNC you heard Giannoulias speak.  His family is known to have ties to the mob and gave loans to bookmaker, Michael Gioranago, who is an alleged prostitution ring promoter.

The bank also backed Rezko’s failed condo deals, and Rezko bounced $450,000 in bad checks from Chicago’s Broadway Bank owned by the Giannoulias family.

In 2006, Obama gave Giannoulias an early endorsement that helped him become Illinois State Treasurer at the age of 30.  This was despite the allegations of his family bank dealing with shady characters, but in Chicago, it’s hard to tell sometimes.

Obama’s birth certificate

According to Factcheck.org Obama held dual citizenship in the US and in Kenya Africa until he was 21 years of age.  Some people question his birth place (said to be Hawaii) because he has not produced what many believe to be an authentic birth certificate.  What is posted on Obama’s web site is not a birth certificate but a certification of live birth – they’re two different entities.

Several states have filed suit to see Obama’s birth certificate, but the Governor of Hawaii has sealed the records.

Obama and ACORN

Obama and ACORN go way back.  He represented them in a lawsuit and trains future leaders of ACORN.  They are under investigation in 10 states for voter fraud registration and they had federal indictments against members in 2006.  They’ve been creating havoc in elections for more than a decade.

Recently whistleblowers have come forward accusing them of using ACH (the housing operation) to fund ACORN the voter registration operation.  The Nevada ACORN office was raided in September. FBI is investigating the charges.   Obama’s campaign gave more than $800,000 to ACORN according to the FEC and through the Woods Fund and Chicago Annenberg Challenge, Obama and Ayers gave them grants of nearly $200,000.

Donor Contributions:

Many small donor contributions are suspect having donor names such as Good Will and other fictitious names like Bart Simpson, Daffy Duck and Sadaam Hussein.  Their credit card software apparently will take any name you give them whether it matches the correct name on the card or not.  Several people donated as an experiment to see if it was true and their cards went through without a hitch.  McCain’s credit card software will not accept the contribution if the name and card do not match.

Socialist New Party

Redistribution of wealth is not a new theme with Barack Obama.  Despite what his web site says old news clippings from 1996 identify him as a member of the socialist New Party.  See these web sites:

This is the man Native America wants as president??   He will give the country away with cutting defense and sending $50 billion a year to the UN with his Global Poverty bill over the next 5 years.   What will you get?  Illegal aliens will be covered in his health care plan -will you have the health care you need?

In closing, you’re about to vote for a man who would not be able to meet security clearance for many sensitive military positions.  A thorough background check is performed for those military positions and the communists in Obamas life with ties to Russia would preclude him.  Yet this is the man who wants to be commander-in-chief over our military.

Vote for Barack Obama??  No thank you, not this Cherokee!  I’ll stick with a known warrior – John McCain.  He has the endorsement of Ben Nighthorse Campbell who worked with him on Indian Affairs in the Senate.

The ORG (Obama, Rezko, Giannoulias)

A while ago we introduced you to the AOK gang, (Ayers, Obama, Khalidi) – this week meet the ORG.

Alexi Giannoulias was a speaker at the DNC in August and is the State Treasurer in Illinois. His family owns the Broadway Bank in Chicago and he’s a good friend of Barack Obama. He and Obama go back a few years when they used to shoot hoops together…nice how sports bring people together.

Obama kept his 2004 campaign money at the Chicago Broadway Bank.

As far as we know, Tony “the Fixer” Rezko didn’t shoot hoops but he also kept keep his money at the Giannoulias family bank. In fact, shortly after Rezko was convicted in IL, it was revealed that he owed $450,000 in Las Vegas for 9 bounced checks. The checks bounced higher than a super ball and the Giannoulias bank was the benefactor.

The bank also financed Rezmar, Rezko’s corporation giving him 1.9 million dollars to build condos. The project never quite got off the ground. .

The Broadway Bank is infamous for it’s customers and loans. Michael “Jaw” Giorango is a well known crime figure involved in bookmaking and prostitution rings. Many Democrats refused to endorse Giannoulias for state Treasurer because of his association with the Chicago crime family, but Obama endorsed him early.

Now that Rezko is talking to the feds, Giannoulias is said to be one of the topics of conversation. If Rezko gives up Giannoulias and Blagoyevich –can Obama be far behind?? These Chicago pols were so networked, if you implicate one, you’re involving the whole lot of them.

Obama has shown great creativity in escaping these situations however.

Obama; Is he or isn’t he a US citizen?

Many of you know that Andy Martin, Philip Berg, and Jerome Corsi are pursuing information about Barack Obama’s birth certificate and citizenship status.

The actual fighting point over bho’s status is this: Regardless of where he was born when his mother married Lolo Soetoro and they moved to Indonesia, at that time, actually until 2006 any foreigner marrying an Indonesian citizen and residing in Indonesia had to give up whatever citizenship they previously had. Period end of discussion. Obama has admitted he had Indonesian citizenship, but his claim it was “dual” was legally impossible!  They did not allow dual citizenship with ANY nation, not just the U.S. As such when they took up residence that is point number one that bho by will of his mother gave up U.S. Citizenship. http://www.indonesiamatters.com/830/dual-nationality/ Point two is that when Sotero merely acknowledged him as is evidenced by documents reflecting his enrollment in school, under Indonesian law which still stands today, he bacame an Indonesian citizen by Lolo’s will, again voiding his U.S. Citizenship. The U.S. at that time didn’t provide for recognition of dual citizenship with Indonesia either, it was a two way street on this.

Soetoro didn’t even have to adopt bho for him to become a legal Indonesian citizen. Now point three is that while all this was going down, if bho at ANY time wanted his U.S citizenship back he need only do two things before his 18th birthday: Renounce Indonesian citizenship and then he could APPLY to become a NATURALIZED citizen, a request that would have been granted. The problem is there is no record of his renunciation or naturalization. Even if he naturalized, as a naturalized citizen regardless of place of birth he could not be POTUS. This is true of ANY American that renounces citizenship.

In essence whether he was born in Hawaii, Kenya, or anywhere else this is the real pressing issue regarding his legality to be POTUS. The Berg lawsuit was eventually dismissed on 10/25/08. Not because there wasn’t evidence to press further, but because the presiding judge unilateraly decided Berg had no right to file as he was not in good standing.

Obama knew Rezko influence in IL

He knew Rezko could help “get jobs” in IL.

When Rezko was convicted on 16 of 24 counts, Obama said, “this is not the Tony Rezko I knew.”

Everyone who was anyone (politicians) in Chicago knew Tony Rezko and his ability to “fix” whatever needed fixing, including jobs for favored donors and friends. Chicago rewards people who are connected by long-term friendship or by contributions to the right politicians.

The SunTimes reported today Obama talked to Rezko about a friend and a job making it clear that Obama knew who had the power to secure certain jobs and positions in IL. Eric Whitaker and Barack Obama were friends from Harvard and played basketball together.

Surprised? No, we weren’t either. Obama would have had to be even more naïve than he portrays his dealings in Chicago to have missed the powerful influence Tony Rezko had from Chicago to Springfield.

Obama has said that’s the only time he can recall talking to Rezko — who was a major campaign fund-raiser for him and for Blagojevich — about getting anyone a state job.

“Somebody who I do remember talking directly to Tony about was Dr. Eric Whitaker,” Obama told the Sun-Times in March. “He and I played basketball together when he was getting his master’s in public health at Harvard, while I was in law school there. He had expressed an interest in that job. I did contact Tony, or Tony contacted me, and I gave him a glowing recommendation because I thought he was outstanding.”

Whitaker’s agency also got caught up in scandal. He oversaw the budget of the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Board, which approves medical construction projects. Rezko and his associates controlled that board, which they used to solicit kickbacks and payoffs, according to testimony at Rezko’s trial.

The SunTimes went on to suggest that Eric Whitaker may find a position of influence in an Obama administration.

Here’s a big surprise - Confirmed: Max Donor to Obama –Perhaps Ms Kelley has her eye on a job with an Obama administration. Having someone looking out for your best interests could be valuable.

New question for Helen Jones Kelley —who made the records available to the media immediately after the third debate ?????

Kelley apparently needs no better reason to search Joe’s personal records than he achieved name recognition.  It’s a big coincidence that what he said put Obama on the spot about wealth redistribution — so Kelley searched.

She wasn’t the only one who searched, there were several others involved also – I’m sure there were “no political” reasons —sure.

This is the same state that has one third of voter registrations that can’t be verifieds–the same state that Jennifer Brunner wanted NO observers in the registration where bus loads of people were brought to register….SURE we believe you and the out of state college students who all registered from one house -some Rhodes scholars, but they didn’t understand the residency rules….sure we believe you.
